$0.00 up to $19.00: $3.25
$19.01 up to $120.00: $14.00
$120.01 up to $250.00: $18.50
$250.00 up to $500.00: $24.50
over $500: free

Postage Rates outside of Australia:

The rates shown on Pay Pal purchases will normally be understated and as a result I will contact you with a revised shipping fee taking into consideration the amount already invoiced.

As an example, the purchase of a ruler and a couple of other items weighing 2kg, the shipping is usually around $29.00 AUD.

What countries do we ship to?

We ship world wide, to arrange a shipping quote for international orders please contact us via email or telephone.

Variations to shipping charges when using Pay Pal?

If the shipping charge is overstated when selecting items using Pay Pal as the method of payment, we will credit the difference.

Is the order insured?

Only registered post items carry insurance. If you require insurance on your delivery, please advice us when you place your order and we will arrange a quote. All care is taken when orders are packed and any damage as a result of bad handling will be between the carrier and the receiver.

How long will my order take to be processed?

All orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. Custom made items can be a little longer.

How will my order be sent?

We use Australia post and send eParcel packages. For larger orders, we will select the most effective transport method.

Will we be able to track my order?

Yes, we keep dispatch records for every delivery, including tracking numbers and method of shipping.
